TRYOUT DATES & FEES:

Fee: $25 per player

Tryout Date:

A2ZOE DEVELOPMENT TEAMS & A2Z SELECT TEAMS- 2/16, 2/22 & 2/23/2025

Times:

February 16th:

1-2:15pm (3rd thru 5th)

2:30-4pm (6th-8th)

4:30-6pm (9th-12th Girls)

6-7:30pm (9-12th Boys)

February 22nd:

1-2:15pm (3rd thru 5th)

2:30-4pm (6th-8th)

4:30-6pm (9th-12th Girls)

6-7:30pm (9-12th Boys)

February 23rd:

1-2:30pm (6th thru 8th)

3-4:30pm (9th-12th Girls)

5-6:30pm (9-12th Boys)

Practices:

All teams will practice on Monday and Wednesday OR Tuesday and Thursday. Fridays are reserved as a training date for teams - in total there will be 16 Friday trainings, which are will cover skill set training. Once you accept your position on the team, you will be given the opportunity to choose from one hour sessions at 5, 6 or 7pm. -- the times for your Friday training session are first come, first serve.

Regular Weekly Practice Times are announced the week before the start of the season.

Practices begin the week of March 10,2025.

Practice Dates:

Twice per week beginning 3/10/25-- 35 practices in total for 5th - High School Teams (Dates subject to change)
3rd & 4th Grade - 1 hour practice 2x per week beginning the week of 3/10/2025 for a total 22 practices.
5th - 8th Grade - 90 minute practices 2x per week
5th - High School teams will have a 2 week break from May 26, 2025 - June 13, 2025
5th - High School teams will have one practice the week of July 1st - either Monday or Tuesday

Practice Locations:

TBA (Locations will be given in advance of the season.)

Tournaments:

All teams will participate in Saturday tournaments in the Chicagoland area which consist of 2-3 games. Typically, games are played in Aurora, Lisle, Schaumburg, Barrington, Romeoville or Libertyville.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Teams will not know until the week of which venue the event will be at as locations and times are never available from tournament organizers until the Thursday before each tournament.)

There will not be a tournament Easter Weekend or Mother's Day Weekend

Uniforms:

Cost: $180 (The current uniform will be used through February 2025)

Not included in the season cost.

Team Acceptance & Commitment:

Players will be notified by the Tuesday following tryout by 5:00pm regarding their position. Players must log on to their account and accept or reject the position and complete payment or payment plan by FEBRUARY 16, 2024. Spots are not guaranteed after that date.

*Not all players will make a team - a class recommendation may be made in place of team placement

Season Fees:

Players will have the option to pay in full or set up a payment plan at the time of team registration.

Spring '25- Lincoln Basketball Elite Nat'l

TRYOUT DATES & FEES:

Join Coach Zoe on FEBRUARY 22ND & 23RD, 2025. Please register online.

Tryout Location: St. Eds High School, 350 Locust Street, Elgin. Enter through door 10 in the back of the school.

February 22nd:

4:30-6pm (9th-12th Girls)

6-7:30pm (9-12th Boys)

February 23rd:

3-4:30pm (9th-12th Girls)

5-6:30pm (9-12th Boys)

Practices:

All teams will practice 2-3 days per week beginning the week of March 10th (subject to change).

Season Dates:

Season will begin mid to end of March and continue through July 2025. There will be a 3 week break from tournaments & practices in June to accommodate High School Summer Leagues.

Tournaments & Tournament Cost:

All teams will participate in National tournaments which may consist of 2-3 games of national travel. All players are responsible to make their own travel arrangements and must follow the tournament guidelines which typically include specific locations regarding where you may stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Teams will have a list of tournaments in February to begin making travel arrangements.

In total, there will be 9-10 tournaments.

Tournament Dates are TBA - and will be announced in mid to late February. Tournaments will begin in April. Teams will participate in a minimum of 10 tournaments.

TRAVEL FEES: New for 2023/2024 -- The participant travel fee has been included in the season cost. Participants will not be billed separately for coach travel costs.

Team Size:

Min 9/Max 11

We reserve the right to cancel a team that does not meet the minimum.

Uniforms:

Cost: $240

Players will be notified by Wednesday following tryouts regarding their position. Players must log on to their account and accept or reject the position by the Sunday following your tryout.

*Not all players will make a team - a developmental team may be made in place of national team placement.

We ask that those committing to Lincoln Basketball Elite be fully committed and not dual-athletes playing in additional spring/summer sports.
